With the gradual unveiling of the facade, the transformation of the historic ensemble at Wallrafplatz is becoming increasingly visible. The first areas are already completed and filled with new life – including the retail spaces on the ground floor.

This marks a significant milestone, especially since our design won first prize in the 2014 competition for the redevelopment of the DomCarré.

Today, the comprehensive revitalization of the existing buildings is nearing completion, and the DomCarré is making its new mark on the heart of Cologne – directly opposite the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Cologne Cathedral.
